Dr. Raj Puri D.D.S

I am a graduate of the University of Illinois who has gained valuable experience and understanding by working as an associate dentist in offices around the Chicago area. In those locations I provided family dental care covering all aspects of general dentistry. My services include all phases of dentistry. I believe continuing education is a vital responsibility in the oral health care field .therefore I exceed the Illinois state requirements for obtaining credit hours to further my expertise. I regularly attend lectures and hands-on seminars to make certain that my patients receive the most comprehensive and advanced dental care.

From my experiences, I have determined what is necessary in a family-centered, team oriented dental office. My priority at Artistic Smiles Dental is to provide a friendly, accomodating and responsive approach to dentistry.

I enjoy spending time with my beautiful wife Shannon, a special education instructor, our baby son Shawn , our dog Baron, traveling and Football.

Debbie Marks Hi my name is Debbie. I have been a Dental Assistant for over 15 years. The Dental field has always been a part of my life, my Father started out in Italy as a Dental Technician in 1957 and he continued his business in Chicago for over 40 years. I became very interested in Dental Assisting after High School and joined the family business in 1984 where I started out working in the laboratory, after a few years of laboratory work I decided I wanted to become a Dental Assistant.

I have always enjoyed the many challenges and rewards that Dentistry has to offer I’m constantly looking to further my dental assisting skills, currently I am working on getting my certificate to perform Coronal Polishing and Pit and Fissure Sealants. I am now proud to say I am a member of Artistic Smiles Dental where we work as a team and our goal is to always provide the best care for our patients.

Also, personally, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends I have a wonderful Husband Larry combined we have 6 children 4 boys and twin girls they are our pride and joy and keep us very busy.

Sadly to say my father who inspired me was diagnosed with dementia and he is currently living in nursing home where he is getting the best care.

Tina DeAngelis Hi my name is Tina and I have worked as a Front Desk Administrator for 5 years. I previously worked for UPS for 11 years, the last half in Customer Service/ Business Development Department. This experience has enhanced my ability to work successfully with people. I strive to keep the patients happy, whether it’s finding a convenient appointment time or making it easier to process their insurance claims. It is a pleasure to keep the patients dental experience as comfortable as possible.

I grew up in Addison and graduated from Addison Trail High School. I attended the College of DuPage (this is where I met my husband) and graduated from Elmhurst College with a Bachelor of Science degree. I have been married for 16 years and have a daughter and a son. My husband is a Dental Lab Technician and we own a dental Laboratory that was started by his father over 40 years ago. So needless to say, the dental field has been a huge and rewarding aspect of our lives.

Jeanne Torres Hi I’m Jeanne. I am the newest Team Member to join Artistic Smiles Dental but I come with many years experience. I attended Bryman Academy and became a certified Dental Assistant. I used my skills for over 10 years until I was fortunate enough to take some time off to raise my two wonderful sons. In my return to the work force I became skilled in sales, marketing and accounts receivable. Putting all my work experiences together I found my new position as a Front Desk Administrator to be a great match.

Here at Artistic Smiles Dental I enjoy assisting our patients with any questions or concerns they may have in regards to their fears as well as their finances from their consultation to their completion.

I am happily married to my husband Tony for over 23 years and we have two wonderful sons Tony II and Nick. We love spending our spare time together traveling.
